London's favourite massage clinic

The Soma Room has been up and running in Ealing Broadway since 2014, when owner Sophie Rose spotted an opportunity to rent a room down an unpromising looking little alleyway close to Ealing Broadway station.

Initially working on her own, Sophie quickly developed a loyal client following, who were drawn to The Soma Room's blend of friendly, professional massage therapy in a comfortable and welcoming space. Having more clients than she could personally take on was a wonderful problem to have, and by the end of 2016 she decided that it was time for The Soma Room to expand its horizons. Sophie was fortunate enough to find a handful of wonderful and talented independent massage therapists, who were willing to join in her mission to become Ealing's go-to place for massage therapy.

In September 2017, an exciting opportunity came up for The Soma Room to take over the entire premises at 7 Spring Bridge Mews, and whilst a lot of work was needed to replicate the welcoming Soma atmosphere throughout the clinic, the team rose to the challenge. After a lot of painting and DIY, The Soma Room was the proud owner of two beautiful treatment rooms, as well as a cosy waiting area where clients could help themselves to tea or coffee whilst relaxing after their treatment.

Whilst the current COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to temporarily adapt some of our offerings, the most important elements haven’t changed. We’re just as skilled and friendly as ever under our PPE, and our treatment rooms are still just as spacious, calming and cosy. We don’t know what the months ahead have in store, but we’ll keep stretching, kneading and de-knotting the people of Ealing every chance we get.
