Jhonny Jimenez is The Soma Room's first dedicated Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist focusing specifically on helping clients to improve pain-free functional movement.   He's approach is distinctly unique from the rest of the team as he incorporates a full clinical assessment including postural analysis, followed by hands-on treatment, which may include assisted stretching, spinal manipulations or adjustments, Theragun therapy, and myofascial cupping.  Jhonny's treatment goal is to help his clients not only feel better within the treatment itself, but to help them to achieve long-lasting effects which will prevent the pain from returning altogether.

Originally from Colombia, Jhonny's journey into the field of Sports & Rehabilitation was sparked by a 15 year competitive football career, marked by resilient recoveries from frustrating injuries. After experiencing a transformative rehabilitation tailored to his own injury, he was inspired to pursue a career in helping others. In 2020, he graduated in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University in London known for its international reputation for producing world-class sport rehabilitation practitioners.

Jhonny has fine-tuned his skills through diverse experiences including working with football and rugby teams, as well as three-years in a chiropractic clinic in London that specialises in posture correction. His passion lies in guiding patients through their healing journeys. Providing customised musculoskeletal treatments and rehabilitation plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring the most up to date evidenced rehab. Whether your goal is enhanced performance, improved posture, pain reduction, or overall well-being, Jhonny is here every Monday to lead you through your healing journey.
