Nadège Louvet is a fully qualified and insured massage therapist with more than 20 years of experience across the wellness industry.  She started as a holistic massage therapist and beautician in 2000 and has since completed continued education to qualify as a Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor, and Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist.

She now specialises in Soft Tissue Therapy, Dry Cupping and Theragun Therapy- a percussive therapy growing in popularity amongst athletes and those athletically inclined but was originally created, and still used, to help treat severe symptoms post-injury.  In addition to this, Nadège's qualifications include forays into mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and counselling.

Nadège's massage therapy approach is functional and holistic, with an emphasis on assessing an issue as a whole rather than just the affected site.  She applies her expertise in movement and yoga therapy to effectively address her client's concerns with the goal for them to leave feeling relieved, at ease and motivated to carry on with their treatment plan which includes tailored aftercare and exercises.

Nadège believes in Mindfulness & Balance- mind, body, and spirit!  She nurtures this herself by practicing yoga, dancing, playing water sports, reading and traveling.

Nadège is fully qualified and insured in Deep Tissue, Sports, and Relaxation Massage.
