Steph embarked on her journey to London in 2011, trading the vibrant landscapes of South Africa for the cultural hub of Kingston University, where she pursued her English degree. Her path has been as diverse as it has been enriching, encompassing stints in customer service and even gracing the decks of super yachts in France.

Steph has a love for horses and riding and it was amidst the stables and the spirited world of equine companionship where she found her true calling. As a dedicated groom and exercise rider, she immersed herself in the dynamic realm of horse care. Initially drawn to the study of equine physiotherapy, Steph's trajectory shifted after a personal experience with a running repetitive strain injury sparked her fascination with the intricate processes of rehabilitation and recovery (in humans!).

In 2023, Steph charted a new course, enrolling at the prestigious London School of Sports Massage and is now qualified with a distinguished BTEC level 5 certificate in Soft Tissue Therapy. Steph's thirst for knowledge remains insatiable, as she eagerly seeks to explore an array of massage modalities, poised to deepen her understanding and refine her craft.

Steph's treatment approach is as nuanced as it is empathetic. With a keen ear and a compassionate heart, she tailors each treatment to the unique needs and goals of her clients. By attentively aligning with their concerns and goals, she ensures that every session concludes with a sense of fulfilment, leaving her clients rejuvenated.

Beyond her therapeutic pursuits, Steph finds solace in the rhythmic stride of a runner. A seasoned participant in multiple half marathons, she now sets her sights on conquering the ultimate challenge: completing a full marathon within the year.
