Booking Information
We have moved to pre-paid bookings only, so payment will be taken at the time of booking. If you call up to book an appointment but do not have your payment details with you, we will hold your booking for 60 minutes to allow you to pay via the payment link in the confirmation email.
If the payment is not received within 60 minutes of your booking we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Booking with packages or gift vouchers, simply add the code to the discount box when booking online, or provide it to our reception service if booking over the phone.
